ACSI is proud to introduce Olive Rubio as our new Assistant Director of Early Education. She joined our staff on April 16, 2008.

Olive has come full circle in her journey to ACSI. As a Christian school student she benefitted from materials published by ACSI. As a teacher ACSI resources materials, conventions, and general support were invaluable to her. Now, as the Assistant Director of Early Education with ACSI, Olive is eager to be of service and to get to know each of our early educators and administrators in the Northwest Region. 

Olive has a background as a researcher in early education, working with infants and toddlers and several years in preschool ministry. She has earned an MA in education with an emphasis in early childhood education.

Olive and her husband Francis are newly married and just recently moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to Portland, Oregon.  They are enjoying their new home together, exploring the beautiful surroundings the Northwest has to offer, and attending Pearl Church.
