Christian early education programs must be grounded in the essential elements of biblically-based preschools.

This early education philosophy course is a six-hour course taught by trained ACSI instructors and is required for early education certification and the Preschool Associate Credential (PAC). [more]

Preschool Accreditation

The Preschool Associate Credential (PAC) program has been developed to enhance the professional skills of Christian preschool and childcare workers. This program is similar in function to the CDA and is an answer to minimum competency standard requirements. [more]

Early education has had a long history in the southern California region. Before the establishment of ACSI as an organization, the California Association of Christian Schools (CACS) began in 1950, which soon developed into the Western Association of Christian Schools (WACS).
